A bilingual (Spanish & English) Senior Post-Producer/Video Editor with 20 years of experience developing audiovisual content for clients ranging from small non-profit organizations and design studios, to global ad agencies and international TV networks.


Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Carlos graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater Arts. In 1995 he moved to New York City to continue his studies, obtaining a filmmaking certificate from New York University SCPS and later an MFA in Media Arts Production from The City University of New York, where he discovered his passion for the art of film and video editing.


Since directing and editing his thesis short film, Carlos has been working non-stop in the 

New York City area as a post-producer/video editor, collaborating and post-producing work for companies such as Procter and Gamble, Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, Maybelline NY,  J.P.Morgan, Pfizer, Nickelodeon, Univision, DirecTV, Altice, and many more. He has edited many narrative fiction and factual/documentary programs, as well as numerous highly praised promos, for which he has received multiple awards and honors, including 3 consecutive NY Emmy Awards under the Editor: Short Form category in 2015, 2016 and 2017.


Carlos enjoys helping organizations and brands explore consumer insights, topics and ideas, and translating them into compelling audiovisual content that reaches and engages its target audience. Whether working on broadcast TV, advertising, web, mobile content, digital signage or integrated multi-platform campaigns, his work always strives to make an emotional connection with its audience.
